My order was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it
If your order shows as "delivered" but you can’t find the package, here are a few steps to take:
1. Check around your property
Couriers may leave packages in safe places like your porch, mailbox, behind a plant, or with a neighbor. If you live in an apartment, check with building staff or reception.
2. Confirm the delivery address
Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it was sent to the correct location.
3. Wait 24 hours
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered shortly before they actually arrive. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to appear.
4. Contact the delivery carrier
If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact the delivery service with your tracking number. They may have more details or be able to help locate the parcel.
